Our team is comprised of talented professionals who share a common goal: to deliver exceptional results and make a lasting impact. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * **Repair Management**: Oversee customer repair requests from initiation to delivery, including coordination with our Bartlesville and Warminster, PA locations. * **Order Processing**: Enter and manage repair information following established processes to ensure accurate and timely execution. * **Scheduling & KPIs**: Prioritize repairs with technicians to meet schedules and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). * **Problem Resolution**: Lead activities to resolve capacity and material constraints, customer issues, and urgent repair turnarounds. * **Order Completion**: Process Service Orders, Sales Orders, and Service Notifications, ensuring correct invoicing and timely delivery. * **KPI Support**: Assist in achieving and maintaining KPIs in areas such as delivery, revenue, safety, quality, and integrity. * **Data Analysis**: Run reports, review data, and recommend process improvements for better KPI performance. * **Continuous Improvement**: Participate and/or lead improvement initiatives to enhance service goals and customer satisfaction. * **Other Tasks**: Support additional roles or tasks as requested by management. **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Bachelor's Degree** with 2-5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience with proven accomplishments. * **Strong customer service experience**, attention to detail, and ability to work well both independently and within a team. * **Self-starter** with the ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities. **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Proficiency in data analysis and reporting * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
