**Your Role with arenaflex**
As a Consumer Retail Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business success. Your responsibilities will include:
* **Processing Orders Accurately**: You will review order details, including pricing, quantities, and shipping, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* **Providing Customer Support**: You will engage with customers via phone, chat, and email to deliver high-quality service and resolve concerns.
* **Educating Customers**: You will educate customers on products and keep them updated on order status and delays.
* **Performing Additional Tasks**: You will perform additional tasks as needed to support team goals and objectives.
**Shift and Schedule**
Our Consumer Retail Customer Service Representatives work a variety of shifts, including:
* **Weekdays**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
* **Weekends**: Saturday and Sunday, with each agent working one 2-hour shift on both days. The weekend shifts rotate weekly, so you'll work weekends approximately 1 to no more than 2 times per month.

**Basic Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Experience Utilizing Online Marketplaces**: You'll have experience using online marketplaces, such as Amazon or eBay.
* **Previous Experience in Sales or Customer Service**: While not required, previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
* **Strong Attention to Detail and Communication Skills**: You'll need to be detail-oriented and have strong communication skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* **Ability to Work Independently and Collaboratively**: You'll need to be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **High School Diploma or GED**: A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.
* **Prior Experience or Knowledge in the Automotive, RV, and Marine Industry**: Prior experience or knowledge in the automotive, RV, and marine industry is a plus.
* **Basic Computer Proficiency**: You'll need basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.

The expected salary for this role is competitive and based on experience. The location is Exeter, PA, with opportunities for remote work after completing a 6-month training period.
