In this role, you'll be responsible for resolving member concerns, processing requests accurately and promptly, and providing exceptional support through daily interactions. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring all relevant information is correct in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all company procedures are followed to maintain consistency and accuracy in scheduling, modifying, and canceling customer reservations.
- Ensuring accurate trip data is input in our systems to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work, adhering to arenaflex's high standards.
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to the designated department for further investigation and resolution.
- Multitasking effectively and efficiently to extract necessary information from multiple systems while reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- 0-2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 6 months of contact center experience or customer service experience.
- Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with members.
- The ability to type 35wpm or more to efficiently document customer concerns and process requests.
- The ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day, maintaining a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to effectively manage and document customer interactions.
- The ability to work independently under general supervision, making sound decisions and solving problems in a fast-paced environment.
