**Position Overview**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to child support clients across the state of Ohio. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering incoming calls in a timely manner and responding to client inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
* Providing callers with clear and concise information about their accounts, policies, and procedures
* Effectively redirecting callers to the appropriate area or agency when necessary
* Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of procedures and systems to ensure seamless service delivery
* Communicating client concerns and feedback to management to drive continuous improvement
* Researching and processing all correspondence received by email, fax, and mail
* Possessing excellent customer service skills, including tact, patience, and courtesy
* Exhibiting the ability to diffuse upset customers and deliver bad news effectively
* Handling high call volumes with ease and maintaining a high level of productivity
* Demonstrating strong oral and written communication skills
* Working under pressure and effectively multi-tasking between calls and correspondence
**Required Experience and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* Fluency in both English and Spanish
* At least one year of prior experience in an area of service delivery, customer service, call center technology, or a related field
* Proficiency in data entry skills, including keyboard, mouse, and 10-key pad
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office
* Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to work with diverse populations and handle high-pressure situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with child support or human services industry
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Experience with data entry software and systems
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
