**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our after-hours team, working remotely from the comfort of your own home. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and customers, resolving queries, and ensuring timely responses to all incoming calls and texts. **Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering all incoming calls and resolving client and nurse queries within the scope of after-hours
* Providing timely responses to queries that come in via the texting platform
* Notifying clients and replacing caregiver callouts as necessary
* Confirming caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start
* Performing initial intake for callers potentially interested in services
* Documenting all scenarios on our platform, as well as updating caregiver schedules as needed
* Completing non-urgent admin projects
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* Fluency in English
* Compassionate and confident communication skills
* Responsible and reliable work ethic
* Customer service working experience
* Adaptable and flexible regarding work hours
* Impeccable phone and computer skills
* Staffing and/or healthcare experience will be an added benefit
