Connected Thoughts Counseling PLLC is a growing Virginia-based psychotherapy group practice focused on providing thoughtful, relational, and high-quality mental health care throughout the state of Virginia.
We are seeking a provisionally licensed therapist / Supervisee Associate in Social Work to join our team in a fully remote W-2 position providing telehealth therapy services to clients across Virginia.
This role is ideal for clinicians who want the flexibility and autonomy of private practice while still receiving the support, supervision, referrals, and operational structure of a collaborative group practice environment.

Position Overview
Clinicians will provide outpatient psychotherapy services remotely through a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.
Connected Thoughts Counseling PLLC provides:
• Clinical supervision

Remote supervision is provided in accordance with Virginia Board of Social Work requirements.
Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality outpatient psychotherapy services via telehealth
• Maintain timely, accurate, and professional documentation
• Participate in required supervision and consultation
• Manage caseload professionally and ethically
• Maintain professional communication with clients and practice staff
• Follow ethical, legal, and clinical standards of care
Qualifications
• Active Virginia registration as a Supervisee in Social Work
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• Comfortable using technology and telehealth platforms
• Experience with TherapyNotes EHR preferred, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
This is a W-2 employee position.
Compensation Package Includes:
• Starting salary approximately $58,000 annually
