**Your Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. Your key responsibilities will include:
* **Handling and Responding to Customer Inquiries**: Carefully respond to all customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service through active listening
* **Providing Excellent Customer Service**: Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively, aiming to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive

* **Ability to Type 25 WPM**: Meet the typing speed requirement for this role
* **High School Graduate or GED**: Meet the minimum educational requirement for this role
* **Comfort with Desktop Computer System**: Familiarity with desktop computer systems and software
* **Proven Oral and Written Communication Skills**: Effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
* **Logical Problem-Solving Skills**: Analyze and resolve customer issues in a logical and methodical way
* **Availability to Work Various Shifts**: Be flexible and available to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* **Ability to Use Windows Operating Systems**: Familiarity with Windows operating systems and software
* **Organization and Work Prioritization Skills**: Effectively manage your workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
