arenaflex is a dynamic and innovative consulting firm that specializes in product testing and product development work. We design and conduct In-Home Usage Testing (IHUT) locally and nationally to provide actual user feedback in real-time to companies and market research firms. Our goal is to ensure that our clients' products are properly certified and gain greater market access.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Product Specialist, your main duties will include:
* Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
* Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
* Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
* Participating in private chat rooms that are opened by market research firms to discuss the product being tested
* Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
* Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses) for some In-Home Usage Tests projects
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualities:
* Ability to follow specific instructions
* Excellent attention to detail and a curious spirit
* Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
* Access to a computer and a reliable internet connection
* Access to a digital camera or cell phone that takes pictures
* Honesty and reliability
* Good communication skills (an asset)
* 18 years or older
