**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at Amazon Locker+, you'll be responsible for:
* Receiving, picking, and stowing customer orders, processing returns, and preparing for delivery
* Assisting customers with inquiries and providing support in a timely and professional manner
* Working through problem-solving scenarios for customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
