As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's dedicated to providing top-notch support to our customers. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20-25 hours per week). As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their queries, identify their needs, and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
