**Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Account Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
* Demonstrating adaptability to new software, apps, or communication platforms with minimal instruction
* Providing proactive and timely resolutions for customer inquiries and concerns

**Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
