**Your Role as a Customer Experience Specialist**
As a Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be part of our marketing and sales team, working closely with our clients to provide exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This will involve:
* Drafting answers to product questions via email
* Responding to inbound leads and jumping on calls to understand client needs and share more about our product and process
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve our services

**Requirements for Success**
To excel in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
* 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
* Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* High emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and accountability
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a data-driven mindset and attention to detail
* Adaptability to a fast-paced environment, with a self-starter mentality and an attitude of humility combined with pursuit of excellence

**Time Commitments**
* Ability to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours (9 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET)
* 40 hours a week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs
* A successful candidate will be offered a 3-month trial period to ensure a good fit for both parties

**Compensation and Benefits**
* Competitive hourly rate: $5.00 - $7.00 per hour
