As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet their security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in cloud native architecture, cybersecurity, and customer-facing support will enable you to drive business growth, build strong relationships, and contribute to the development of arenaflex Cloud products. **Responsibilities** * Work with the team to identify and qualify business opportunities, understand key customer technical objections, and develop the strategy to resolve technical security and compliance blockers. * Share knowledge in security, privacy, and regulatory compliance to support the technical relationship with customers, technology advocacy, supporting bid responses, product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, and partnering with product management to prioritize solutions impacting customer adoption to arenaflex Cloud. * Work with arenaflex Cloud products to demonstrate and prototype integrations in customer and partner environments. * Contribute to programs in areas of security, privacy, and compliance with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Product, Legal, and Policy), and drive enablement internally to create customer best practices. * Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as a public advocate for arenaflex Cloud. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. * 10 years of experience with cloud native architecture and cybersecurity in a customer-facing or support role. * 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, fraud, or cloud native architectures in a customer-facing role (e.g., threat detection, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud. * Experience engaging with, and presenting to, technical stakeholders and executive leaders. **Preferred Qualifications** * Cloud or Security industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP). * Experience implementing security solutions for enterprises (e.g., threat detection and hunting, malware intelligence, cloud security posture management, or identity and access management systems) or fraud solutions for enterprises (e.g., account takeover prevention, payment fraud prevention, or other types of automated fraud). * Experience in software development, developing numerous web-based applications. * Knowledge of product and solution market trends in the cybersecurity or fraud industry (e.g., ransomware, attack frameworks, OWASP, etc.). * Excellent problem-solving, verbal, written communication, presentation, and active listening skills. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary range: $142,000-$214,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. * Opportunity to work with a global leader in cloud computing. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Professional development and growth opportunities. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced professional looking to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of arenaflex Cloud, please submit your application through our website.
