We're seeking experienced Customer Education Consultants with a background in education and strong facilitation skills to deliver high-impact, engaging professional learning for arenaflex users. As a key member of our Customer Education team, you'll work closely with Customer Training Managers and the Director of Professional Learning to help educators apply learning to practices for lasting growth.
**Job Summary:**
As an arenaflex Customer Education Consultant, you'll be responsible for facilitating top-quality training experiences, building positive relationships, supporting educators in assessment and data practices, and contributing to the continuous development of arenaflex professional learning programs. You'll be scheduled on an as-needed basis and paid a daily rate with reimbursements for travel and related expenses. With a flexible schedule, you'll be able to accommodate a minimum of five training days per month and additional days during peak summer and fall months.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Learn and become an expert in arenaflex solutions
* Customize and deliver on-site and/or virtual product training and professional learning that meets client needs and exceeds expectations
* Differentiate training on the spot when needed to ensure high engagement and meeting learning goals
* Engage in an internal cycle of reflection, feedback, and development (including observations, client evaluations, and coaching)
* Prepare for training engagements by engaging with arenaflex team members, customizing training materials (within specific parameters), learning about the particular needs and goals of the client, etc.
* Document and submit detailed training notes
* Present a professional image to clients at all times
**Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in education or related field
* At least 5 years of professional experience facilitating/delivering professional development
* Prior experience in K-12 education
* Experience with educational technology, familiarity with an arenaflex solution preferred
* Experience delivering training across various in-person and virtual modalities, including webinars
* Deep understanding of engaging adult learning principles
* Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and facilitation skills
* Ability to learn and utilize new tools and technologies quickly
* High level of attention to detail
* Proven organizational skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately
* Growth mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
* Excellent computer skills, including knowledge of presentation tools and online meeting programs
* Ability to travel and to arrange lodging and transportation
* Experience with, or ability to quickly learn, the Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite productivity applications
* Use of a personal device with willingness to install company applications
* Commitment to train on multiple platforms (minimum 2)
**Bonus Points:**
* Deep knowledge of and experience with MTSS, Science of Reading, assessment, analytics, data visualization tools
**Additional Information:**
