years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a sales or account management position * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer relationship management tools * Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of
