**Key Responsibilities**
As an Associate Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Building rapport with clients of diverse backgrounds and navigating complex customer interactions to provide personalized solutions
* Gathering relevant information and presenting potentially complex solutions in a clear, concise, and positive manner
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide exceptional customer experiences

**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent experience, with post-secondary education preferred
* Customer service, financial services, or insurance experience, with a strong understanding of complex customer interactions
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish
* A private, secure, distraction-free, remote workspace with reliable power and hard-wired Ethernet connection
* High-speed internet access
* Ability to work a full-time schedule between the hours of 9:30 a.m. – 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday
**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services, including annuities, health insurance, life insurance, mutual funds, and beneficiary claims
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
