As an Experienced Customer Care Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of education, empowering students to excel, and driving exceptional customer experiences. **Location:** Istanbul or Turkey (hybrid-remote) **Your Role in Our Mission:** As a key member of our Customer Care team, you'll be responsible for: * **Support:** You'll be the first point of contact for general customer enquiries, handling telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails with ease and professionalism. * **Advice:** You'll advise GoStudent customers over the phone, supporting them with any technical issues and providing expert guidance to ensure their success. * **Administration:** You'll offer help through live chat, process emails, and issue invoices, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations. * **Teamwork:** You'll collaborate with the Customer Care team to find customer-friendly solutions, leveraging your expertise and creativity to drive results. * **Problem solving:** You'll take care of high-priority requests, such as teacher search, organization, and booking, demonstrating your ability to think critically and act decisively. * **Interface:** You'll serve as the interface between our Customer Success Department and our tutors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. * **Coordination:** You'll organize tutoring sessions, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently, and making adjustments as needed to meet customer needs. **What Will You Bring:** To excel in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualities: * **Education:** Completed prior commercial training, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices. * **Language skills:** Proficiency in Turkish, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * **Extroverted:** A natural communicator with the ability to put yourself in the shoes of every customer, finding the right solution for every problem and bringing a smile to their faces. * **Organizational talent:** The ability to structure yourself, see the bigger picture, and keep a cool head even when under pressure. * **Hands-on mentality:** A hands-on approach, with a high degree of initiative and responsibility, and the ability to quickly learn new tasks and adapt to changing situations. * **All-rounder:** Enthusiasm for our product, a willingness to learn the necessary hard facts, and the ability to convince with your authenticity, customer, and service orientation. **Our Way to Develop Your Full Potential:** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
