**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Advocate - Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. This role requires a strong background in customer service, data entry, and typing, with excellent communication and analytical skills. As a Customer Advocate, you'll be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. **Key Responsibilities**
* Research and respond to written inquiries from customers in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
* Utilize data entry and typing skills to accurately and efficiently process customer information
* Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers and internal stakeholders
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and data entry
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
* Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
* Data entry and/or typing experience
* Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
* Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
* Experience with Microsoft suite
* Detail-oriented
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree
* 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
* 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
* Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
