We're seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist I to join our team, responsible for writing new business and servicing existing clients. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for insurance and customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Commercial Lines Insurance Specialist I, you will be responsible for managing a book of renewal business, creating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: * Managing a portfolio of commercial lines insurance clients, including writing new business and servicing existing clients * Obtaining underwriting information, preparing applications and specifications for renewal and new business * Qualifying and analyzing clients' coverage needs, loss exposure, and recommending suitable insurance solutions * Informing clients about policy inclusions, limitations, and terms and conditions * Securing all placement subjectivities by obtaining signed documentation and collecting premiums * Providing renewal quotes and account rounding opportunities, communicating coverage terms and conditions to clients * Engaging in daily virtual client interaction through impactful communication across phone, webinars, emails, and PowerPoint presentations * Educating and consulting prospects on available coverages and recommending suitable insurance solutions * Reviewing existing policies and endorsements, requesting changes to the renewal underwriter, and preparing schedules of insurance, D. cards, binders, certificates of insurance, and issue finance agreements * Responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining accurate records and updating client information in our Client Portal (Insurlink) * Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction **Qualifications:** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field * Valid Property and Casualty License (P&C) and a copy of your license * Minimum 3 years of customer service experience in the insurance industry * Ability to read policies and break down complex information for clients * Understanding of the insurance industry, including market trends and business models * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership * Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficient in Windows-based computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as internal systems such as NewTracker, Pipeline Manager, Benefit Point, and ImageRight * Strong data entry skills with accuracy and ability to navigate among multiple systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed **Skills and Competencies:** To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership * Strong time management, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Proficient in Windows-based computer applications, including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as internal systems such as NewTracker, Pipeline Manager, Benefit Point, and ImageRight * Strong data entry skills with accuracy and ability to navigate among multiple systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed **Career Growth Opportunities:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
