**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Working with clients to resolve their concerns and service their requests, including payments, endorsements, Evidence of Coverage, and more
* Analyzing, drafting, and monitoring complex documents such as renewals, claims, applications, and statistical data to support ongoing business
* Preparing and processing documents such as policies, renewals, claims, applications, changes, endorsements, binders, contracts, and more for assigned Sales Executives
* Designing and preparing marketing/quoting information and presentation materials to support coverage requests with Sales Executives
* Collaborating with Sales Executives to close new sales opportunities and drive business growth
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree preferred
* 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least five years' experience in Commercial Lines insurance preferred
* A Property & Casualty Insurance License is required
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a high level of customer focus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:
* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements
* Experience with insurance software and systems, such as policy management and claims processing
* A strong understanding of commercial lines insurance products and services
