**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Client Care Guide, your key responsibilities will include:
* Helping clients and other counselors via telephone, email, and online with charging/protection checks, items, or service questions
* Overseeing both inbound and outbound calls
* Proactively identifying answers to questions you expect our clients to have in every interaction
* Adopting an involved approach to resolving each issue, from start to finish or leaving behind drug specialists and pharmacy staff if clinical advice is necessary
* Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a high-speed environment
* Assisting with responding to client requests in regard to their protection and copays, as needed

**Essential Qualifications:**
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
