As a key member of our revenue cycle team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and partners, responding to billing concerns and insurance requirements, and supporting all arenaflex locations in providing excellent service. If you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, a strong understanding of medical insurance benefits and physician billing, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** As a Business Services Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Responding appropriately to patient's billing concerns, insurance requirements, and support all arenaflex locations in providing excellent service * Responding in a timely manner and following up to patient and insurance inquiries * Explaining procedures and responding to questions in a professional manner * Processing payments, calculating quotes, reimbursements, and contract allowables * Completing data entry efficiently and promptly * Handling a high volume of tasks with the ability to multi-task and move effortlessly from one project to another * Self-Starter willing to take responsibility for training, research, and continuous self-improvement learning health insurance policies and procedures * Completing miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned timely * Assisting all team members as requested **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: * **Education:** + Required: High School Diploma + Preferred: Associates Degree in Business, Finance, Health Information Management, or a related field * **Experience:** + 2+ years of experience in a customer service or revenue cycle role, preferably in a healthcare setting + Strong understanding of medical insurance benefits and physician billing + Excellent communication and problem-solving skills + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * **Skills:** + Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software + Excellent phone and communication skills, both written and verbal + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information **Work Environment and Culture** arenaflex is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that values its employees and fosters a culture of excellence, teamwork, and innovation.
