As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key contributor to our team, working collaboratively to field customer inquiries and find innovative ways to respond. We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers, and we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Responsibilities** As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * **Fielding Customer Inquiries**: Respond to customer questions, issues, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * **Connecting with Customers**: Use your excellent communication skills to connect with customers via phone and resolve their questions, issues, or concerns. * **Escalating/Transferring/Completing Conference Calls**: Work with banks, loan originators, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues. * **Tracking Call-Related Information**: Accurately track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes. * **Providing Feedback**: Share feedback on call issues to help improve our services. **Qualifications** We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do.
