**A Typical Day in the Life**
During a typical day, you'll be responsible for:
* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
* Conducting research to provide accurate and helpful answers to customers' questions and concerns
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide solutions
* Utilizing your product knowledge to consult with customers and provide recommendations
* Staying up-to-date on product and service information to ensure you're always providing the most accurate and helpful information to customers
**What You Bring to the Role**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* 6 months or more of customer service experience in a call center or remote environment
* Reside within Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Strong product knowledge and ability to recognize, apply, and explain it to customers
* Computer experience and proficiency in using various software applications
* High-speed internet connection (> 40mbps)
