**Essential Qualifications:**
* 1+ year of customer service experience (previous experience in the financial services industry is a plus)
* Bilingual (Spanish-English) language skills (written and verbal)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role
