**Job Functions**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing administrative support to clients and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolutions
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on retention, fostering a loyal customer base
* Communicating with clients via phone and email regarding documentation, requests, and updates, providing clear and concise information
* Processing and responding to emails, calls, and messages that require immediate attention, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
* Accurately logging client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our internal database, maintaining accurate records
