* Providing information about SNAP EBT transactions to customers in a clear and concise manner
* Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
* Maintaining a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
* Accurately documenting customer interactions and transactions across all tools and platforms
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary

* Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers

**What We Look for in a Candidate**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual requirement: fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions and constant sedentary work
* Computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs while providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience

**Work at Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and distraction-free work experience, we require:
* High-speed internet with an ethernet connection to the router (no satellite or hotspot) with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 5 Mbps
* WiFi must be turned off at all times
* Windows Updates must be current
* A private and distraction-free home workspace with the ability to close a door
