You'll work closely with our team to provide top-notch support to participants, process enrollments and qualified life events updates, and educate members about enrollment options. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer service and a strong background in insurance sales and enrollment processes, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** * Provide quality and professional customer service to participants, including use of proper telephone etiquette * Process enrollments and qualified life events updates * Educate members about enrollment options * Ensure follow up on all calls that need resolution * Bring issues to the supervisor's attention * Provide backup to other areas, based on business needs during call center downtime * Demonstrate a positive and cooperative work attitude, encourage teamwork among fellow employees * Follow HIPAA Guidelines, Rules and Regulations **Essential Qualifications** * Bilingual (Spanish/English) Licensed Agent * Proven customer service and/or insurance sales experience * Excellent communication skills both written and verbal * Strong organizational, and follow-through skills * Previous experience using online enrollment platforms, and support ticketing systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the employee benefits industry * Knowledge of HIPAA Guidelines, Rules and Regulations * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines * Strong teamwork and collaboration skills **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work in a team environment and provide backup support as needed * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly * Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
