Responsibilities
As an Insurance Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling incoming calls from customers in a friendly and helpful manner, addressing their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Completing Evidence of Insurance requests and ensuring accurate and efficient processing of policy change requests.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional inquiries or concerns.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of careerzynith products and services, including policy details, coverage options, and benefits.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide seamless support.
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
- A valid Property & Casualty license, Personal Lines License, or Life and Health License.
- Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced customer-focused environment, handling multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and Internet applications.
- A quick learning ability and a team player attitude, with a commitment to growth and development.
- The ability to pass a credit and background check.
Preferred Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
