**Responsibilities**
As an Analyst - Group Customer Membership & Billing at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* **Evaluating and recommending improvements to production workflows and work processes**: Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
* **Compiling and analyzing operational data to identify and resolve business problems**: Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to address business challenges.
* **Utilizing and maintaining available reporting systems and participating in systems testing**: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of our reporting systems, and participate in testing to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
* **Developing procedures and controls, providing recommendations for ongoing process improvements**: Create and maintain procedures and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, and provide recommendations for ongoing process improvements.
* **Providing leadership with status updates on projects and issues**: Communicate project status, progress, and any challenges or concerns to stakeholders, and provide recommendations for resolution.
* **Communicating and recommending policy changes to achieve project objectives**: Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement policy changes that align with project objectives and enhance customer service levels.
* **Documenting departmental procedures and creating reports and presentations to display operational data**: Develop and maintain documentation of departmental procedures, and create reports and presentations to communicate operational data to stakeholders.
* **Supporting internal departments and external entities by answering questions and providing training**: Provide support and training to internal departments and external entities on arenaflex's policies, procedures, and systems.
* **Participating in special projects or workgroups as assigned**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement special projects or initiatives that enhance customer service levels and operational efficiency.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Bachelor's Degree in a related field**: A degree in a field such as business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred.
* **Two (2) years of experience in a related field**: A minimum of two years of experience in a related field, such as operations management, data analysis, or project coordination, is required.
* **Effective verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

* **Two years Membership and Billing related experience**: Experience in membership and billing, including knowledge of systems such as Member's Edge, eBilling, group CRM, eFAD, etc.
* **Working knowledge of BCBSM Membership and Billing systems**: Familiarity with BCBSM's membership and billing systems, including Member's Edge, eBilling, group CRM, eFAD, etc.
* **Demonstrated project work/corporate work group experience within the last year**: Experience working on projects or in corporate work groups within the last year.
* **Demonstrated ability to identify and implement improvements to business processes**: A proven track record of identifying and implementing improvements to business processes.
