**Job Summary**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, and your primary goal will be to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide them with a positive experience. This is a remote opportunity, and you'll be working from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your schedule and work at your own pace.
**Responsibilities**
As an Inbound Customer Care Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
* Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to their inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
* Focusing on customer retention by identifying and addressing customer concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs.
* Providing customers with arenaflex's service standards and ensuring that they understand our policies and procedures.
* Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, and reporting on customer complaints and feedback.
* Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, and following up on complicated customer calls where necessary.
* Completing call notes and call reports as required, and updating them in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
* Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to properly handle and document customer complaints and inquiries.
* Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, and maintaining accurate records.
* Performing other duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Bilingual (a plus)
* Some sales and customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with proper grammar and spelling.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
* Some experience with MS Excel is a plus
* Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
