Event Photographer/Videographer – Rooftop Party in ATL (April 30, 2026)

We’re hiring a skilled photographer/videographer to capture a vibrant, high-energy rooftop event in Atlanta, GA. This is a sponsored industry party with multiple vendors, great branding opportunities, and a fun, social atmosphere. • *Event Details:** • **Date:** April 30, 2026 • **Time:** 5:30 PM start (coverage ~3–4 hours) • **Location:** Palo Santo Rooftop (private, members-only venue) • **Type:** Vendor-sponsored networking party • *What We’re Looking For:** We want someone who can capture both the energy of the event and polished, professional content for post-event marketing. This includes: • Candid event photography (guests, networking, ambiance, branding moments) • Short-form video clips capturing the vibe and key moments • Interview-style footage with select attendees (we will coordinate who to interview) • *Responsibilities:** • Capture high-quality photos throughout the event • Film video content, including: • General event footage (b-roll, crowd shots, sponsor moments) • Short, on-site interviews with pre-selected attendees • Direct basic interview setups (framing, audio, lighting) • Ensure clean, usable audio for interviews • *Deliverables:** • Edited **photo gallery** (high-res + web-ready versions) • A **short sizzle reel** (30–90 seconds) highlighting the event • All **raw/unedited video footage** for our internal use (we will create additional social content) • Optional: Select raw photo files if available • *Requirements:** • Must provide your own professional equipment: • Camera(s) • Lenses suitable for low-light/event shooting • External microphones (for interviews) • Basic lighting setup (portable/LED preferred for interviews) • Experience shooting live events, nightlife, or branded activations • Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography work • Ability to work in a fast-paced, social environment and capture authentic moments • *Bonus Points:** • Experience creating event recap/sizzle videos • Ability to guide interview subjects quickly and comfortably on-site • Fast turnaround times • *To Apply:** Please include: • Links to relevant event photo/video work • Examples of sizzle reels or recap videos • Your availability for April 30, 2026 • Estimated rate and turnaround time We’re looking for someone creative, reliable, and easy to work with who can help us bring this event to life visually.
