- Handle assignments with minimal supervision
- Work with top practitioners in the areas of benzene, PFAS, heavy metals, silica, solvents, mold, and asbestos
- Engage in Prop 65 and class action matters
- Participate in client interactions and handle appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
Skills
- Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the state of California
- Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
- Candidates must possess strong academic backgrounds
- Candidates must have proven skills in research
