Job Title: Remote E-Commerce Specialist

About the Role:
A growing e-commerce business is seeking a proactive, customer-focused, and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support day-to-day customer communication and operational coordination.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in e-commerce platforms and logistics coordination, particularly within platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will serve as a key support person in ensuring smooth customer experiences, timely responses, and effective coordination with warehouses and logistics partners.
The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable handling customer concerns while multitasking across multiple platforms and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication
Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns and inquiries via email and calls (when necessary)
Provide accurate updates regarding orders, shipping, returns, and product-related concerns
Maintain a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction
E-commerce Platform Management
Monitor and respond to customer messages and inquiries across e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and TikTok Shop
Assist in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations within the selling platforms
Escalate urgent issues or recurring customer concerns when necessary
Logistics & Shipment Coordination
Coordinate with warehouses and logistics teams regarding delayed shipments, tracking updates, and return requests
Assist in monitoring fulfillment-related concerns and ensuring timely resolution
Communicate shipping or operational updates clearly to customers and the client
Operations Support
Work closely with the client to support daily operational tasks and customer-related processes
Assist with organizing information, tracking issues, and maintaining operational efficiency
Support additional administrative or operational tasks as needed
Qualifications & Ideal Traits:
Previous experience in customer service or operations support is required
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, or TikTok Shop is highly preferred
Experience coordinating with logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment teams is preferred
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently in a remote work environment
