I’m a senior operator who helped scale a consumer apparel brand to $50M+ in revenue. I’m looking for someone to help me identify and connect with the right recruiters and headhunters in the consumer brand, ecommerce, and startup space.
I am NOT looking to pay any headhunter fees. I need help finding recruiters who are paid by companies and getting in front of them.
Scope of work:
Research and compile a targeted list of recruiters/headhunters (consumer brands, ecommerce, apparel, startups and potentially corporations of interest)
Find their contact info and LinkedIn profiles
Draft and/or send outreach messages to initiate conversations
Identify relevant open roles and recruiters attached to those roles
Track all outreach and responses
Goal:
Get me into active conversations with recruiters who are working on roles aligned with:
Operations Lead, Sales
Ecommerce / Consumer Brand leadership
General Manager roles
Requirements:
Experience sourcing recruiters or supporting job searches
Strong LinkedIn research skills
Ability to write short, effective outreach messages
Organized and responsive
Engagement:
Part-time (5–10 hours/week)
Performance-based continuation (based on number of recruiter conversations generated)
