We're committed to making a positive impact on people's lives, and we're looking for talented individuals like you to join our team. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service Intake Representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound calls from health plan clients, providers, and imaging centers seeking pre-authorization. You will work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, while maintaining a client-focused approach.
