We’re looking for a Curriculum Developer / Training Materials Designer to help us develop a cultural awareness training presentation and supporting materials for a financial services client.

Design a polished slide deck in PowerPoint or Google Slides
Create supporting training materials such as facilitator notes, participant handout, or reference guide
Help simplify and organize content so it feels engaging, clear, and appropriate for a large audience
Incorporate feedback through revisions
Maintain a clean, professional visual style aligned with a financial services brand
Ideal experience:
Instructional design for workshops, trainings, or professional development sessions
Presentation design for client-facing or executive-facing materials
Experience turning SME input into learner-friendly content
Strong visual organization and copy flow
Experience with bilingual or multicultural content is a plus
Experience in financial services, community engagement, DEI, or cultural awareness content is a plus
Deliverables:
Final presentation deck
Editable source file
Facilitator notes/speaker notes
Supporting handout or participant reference material
1–2 rounds of revisions
Project details:
Project type: $1,200
Timeline: Looking to begin immediately
Estimated duration: 1–2 weeks
Collaboration: We will provide strategy, key messages, and subject matter input; the freelancer will help shape and design the materials
