Curriculum Developer / Training Materials Designer

We’re looking for a Curriculum Developer / Training Materials Designer to help us develop a cultural awareness training presentation and supporting materials for a financial services client. This is not an e-learning build. We need someone who can take an existing outline and strategic direction and help shape it into a polished, engaging in-person training experience. The audience will be cross-functional enterprise staff, so we’re looking for someone who understands how to organize content clearly, create strong presentation flow, and design materials that feel professional and easy to follow. Scope of work: Review our current outline and strategic direction Help structure the training into a clear 60–90 minute presentation Design a polished slide deck in PowerPoint or Google Slides Create supporting training materials such as facilitator notes, participant handout, or reference guide Help simplify and organize content so it feels engaging, clear, and appropriate for a large audience Incorporate feedback through revisions Maintain a clean, professional visual style aligned with a financial services brand Ideal experience: Instructional design for workshops, trainings, or professional development sessions Presentation design for client-facing or executive-facing materials Experience turning SME input into learner-friendly content Strong visual organization and copy flow Experience with bilingual or multicultural content is a plus Experience in financial services, community engagement, DEI, or cultural awareness content is a plus Deliverables: Final presentation deck Editable source file Facilitator notes/speaker notes Supporting handout or participant reference material 1–2 rounds of revisions Project details: Project type: $1,200 Timeline: Looking to begin immediately Estimated duration: 1–2 weeks Collaboration: We will provide strategy, key messages, and subject matter input; the freelancer will help shape and design the materials To apply, please send: 2–3 relevant work samples (training decks, workshop materials, or presentation design) A short note explaining your approach to building engaging in-person training materials Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
