Role Summary:
EVA is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to build and grow our partner ecosystem across the Salesforce and association technology landscape.
This role will focus on developing and managing partnerships with key consulting and implementation firms as well as identifying new channel and referral partners to expand EVA’s pipeline and market presence.
You will serve as the bridge between EVA and our partners—aligning go-to-market strategies, enabling partners to successfully position EVA, and driving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline..
Key Responsibilities
Partner Development & Strategy
• Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners across the Salesforce, AMS, and event technology ecosystem
• Develop joint value propositions and co-selling strategies
Pipeline Growth & Revenue Enablement
• Generate qualified pipeline through partner referrals and co-selling efforts
• Collaborate with EVA sales team to support partner-driven opportunities
• Track partner-sourced revenue and performance
Partner Enablement
• Train partners on EVA’s platform (Registration, Check-In, Event Tech Hub, Analytics & AI)
• Equip partners with sales materials, positioning, and demo support
• Ensure partners can confidently represent EVA in client conversations
Relationship Management
• Maintain ongoing communication with partners to drive engagement and alignment
• Coordinate joint marketing efforts (webinars, events, campaigns)
• Act as primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives
Market Expansion & Industry Presence
• Identify new partnership opportunities in Ohio and across key U.S. markets
• Represent EVA at industry events, including ASAE conferences, Salesforce World Tours, PCMA, and other relevant networking events
• Build EVA’s visibility within the Salesforce and association ecosystem
Qualifications
• 3–7+ years in partnerships, business development, or channel sales
• Experience within the Salesforce ecosystem or working with Salesforce partners preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and drive revenue through partnerships
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
• Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Additional Details
• Travel: Some travel required for industry events, partner meetings, and conferences across the U.S.
