Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation requests, travel preferences, and scheduling requirements

Review travel options and compare availability through approved supplier resources
Verify booking information and maintain organized reservation records
Provide prompt and professional assistance through phone, email, and online communication channels
Support travelers with booking corrections, schedule changes, and service follow-up
Maintain detailed client profiles and update information within company systems
Keep current with supplier announcements, destination updates, and special promotions
Participate in virtual training programs, onboarding activities, and team development sessions
