Position Overview
We are growing our remote client support team and are looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals to join us as Customer Experience Assistants. In this role, you will help create positive client experiences by assisting with travel coordination, maintaining accurate planning information, and providing support throughout various stages of the travel process.

Responsibilities
Assist clients with travel-related inquiries, preferences, and trip coordination needs
Support the arrangement of accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation services, excursions, and vacation experiences
Research travel opportunities and review available options through approved supplier platforms
Maintain accurate records of reservations, travel details, and itinerary information
Communicate with clients through email, phone, and online communication tools
Provide assistance with reservation updates, scheduling changes, and follow-up requests
Keep client files organized and up to date within internal systems
Stay informed about destination information, supplier promotions, and travel industry developments
Attend virtual orientation sessions, training workshops, and team meetings
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities
Comfortable using email, web-based platforms, and basic computer software
Reliable internet connection and professional work habits
Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
Interest in customer service, travel, hospitality, coordination, or administrative support
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other approved regions
