Job Description
We are a growing web design agency (LCGraphics) focused on building high-converting websites for small businesses across the United States.
We are looking for a reliable and confident appointment setter to help generate leads, reach out to local businesses, and book qualified calls directly on our calendar.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
Responsibilities
Research and identify local U.S. businesses (contractors, service businesses, etc.)
Reach out via phone calls (primary), as well as text and email when needed
Speak with business owners and briefly introduce our services
Qualify leads and book appointments directly on our calendar
Keep notes organized in a CRM or spreadsheet
Requirements
Strong English communication skills
Comfortable making cold calls to U.S. businesses
Confident and natural on the phone
Ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or lead generation is a plus
Compensation
Hourly pay plus performance-based bonus per booked appointment
Bonus structure will be discussed and is based on results
