Job Description:
• Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, fostering business growth
• Identify and engage new clients through various channels such as cold calling, emailing, monitoring local media companies, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients' advertising objectives and challenges, delivering tailored, scalable solutions
• Build and maintain strong post-sale relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
• Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the OTT/CTV landscape, offering consultative advice to clients
• Provide regular forecasts of your sales activities and performance, keeping the regional sales lead informed on progress toward goals
• Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to expand your professional network and generate new business leads
• Plan and execute travel to your designated region to strengthen relationships and develop new accounts
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales, within the digital advertising or media industry. Experience selling Connected TV advertising is highly desirable
• Established relationships with independent advertising agencies and direct clients in your home market and/or dedicated region
• Proven track record of developing business from cold call through renewal
• A driven individual who excels at managing their own schedule and priorities
• Strong ability to identify opportunities and strategize effective solutions for clients
• Ability to view the big picture and make decisions that contribute to long-term success
• Strong skills in negotiation, enabling successful deal closures
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
