Clinical Magnet (part of Icon Medical) is looking for a Remote Applications Specialist III - HRIS to join our partner's team in the Denver, Colorado area.
This is a DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Summary: Under the supervision of the Director, Enterprise Applications, the IT Applications Specialist III – HRIS provides support of business-critical human resource applications, software, and architecture in the development, UAT and productions environments, and manage project activities for the facility and its affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install and configure applications across development and system test environments to support Development and UAT activities
· Perform system administration tasks, including writing utilities and monitoring IT services
· Provide Tier II and enterprise-level technical support and ongoing maintenance for application software
· Assist with implementation, configuration, and testing of new product versions alongside end users
· Troubleshoot installation and implementation issues by collaborating with end users and software vendors
· Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of product specifications, operations, and diagnostics
· Track, organize, and report on testing progress, trials, and evaluations of new products and services
· Deliver user training and orientations on software applications
· Serve as a primary point of contact for users, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction with business systems
· Contribute to the execution of IT projects of varying size and complexity
· Partner with Service Desk teams to resolve application issues, incidents, and service requests
· Provide leadership support to the application team, helping coordinate daily activities and execution
· Support and manage mobile device environments
Key Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Accounting/Finance, Engineering or a related field from an accredited college/university
• Minimum of 8 years of experience providing applications support, systems integration and system administration
• Experience with and understanding relational databases, Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of Human Resources principles depending on role.
· Current knowledge in light programming/scripting (Powershell, VB, TSQL, etc)
· Experience with supporting databases, specifically SQL Server, SSRS, and SSIS.
Compensation and Schedule:
• $86,800-$112,900/year, based on experience
• Full-time
