I run a 3D printing and maker YouTube channel (Jet_lea, 68K subscribers) and I’m looking for a skilled editor for a 12-video batch project. All 12 videos need to be edited and delivered before late August 2026. Rate is $350 per video, fixed price, paid per video upon delivery.
About the channel: Content focuses on 3D printing, DIY builds, and maker projects. Cinematic maker content, not tutorial screen recordings. Best performing video has 413K views. Style references are my own channel and Zack Freedman on YouTube.
What you’ll be working with: Sony S-Log3 / S-Gamut3.Cine footage requiring color grading. 3 camera angles per shoot, approximately 65GB raw footage per video. Custom LUT provided. DaVinci Resolve preferred, YRGB color science, Rec.709 Scene output. Music from Uppbeat library.
Style: Moody cinematic grade, medium pacing, dynamic music use, motion graphics including titles, lower thirds, and callouts. No generic YouTube template energy.
Requirements: Demonstrated S-Log3 color grading experience. 7 day turnaround per video. Strong communication and reliability, this is a batch with a hard deadline. DaVinci Resolve proficiency preferred.
A paid test edit will be offered to top candidates before committing to the full batch. Strong potential for ongoing monthly work after the batch is complete.
To apply: Send links to 2 to 3 videos you have edited, note any maker or tech channel experience, and briefly describe your color grading workflow for log footage.
