Workflow Solutions Sales Specialist

Responsibilities   We are currently looking for a Workflow Software Sales Specialist to join our Global Sales & Strategy team.    In this role, you will be responsible for a territory assignment and a monthly quota. This role will primarily revolve around selling PRINERGY Solutions into smaller accounts. This will be a hunting role with remote selling skills required. This will require excellent communication skills to not only engage net new accounts but re-engage some existing or former Kodak accounts as well.   Key Areas of Responsibility: • Calling customers every day and creating new opportunities for PRINERGY Sales • Create new opportunities in Salesforce every day, with a strong emphasis on net new Kodak workflow customers. • Work with new and current customers to establish relationships using Teams Meetings • Move Suspect to Prospects to Opportunities to Close using Salesforce to document all activities with customers. • Use email and voicemail to succinctly follow-up when necessary and write personal notes to customers thanking them for their time when they agree to meet • Attend all team meetings • Manage daily activity to ensure you are creating enough new activity and building enough pipeline to make quota every month. • Continuously learn about all aspects of Kodak’s business so that you can proficiently talk about all the advantages of One Kodak.     Required Skills/Experience: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required. • Excellent phone skills for selling and getting past gatekeepers • Fearless approach to picking up the phone and closing. • Strength to overcome rejection and understanding that it’s an activity driven numbers game. • Excellent Organizational/multi-tasking management. • Aptitude to understand technology – Hardware, Workflow Prepress Software, Professional Services • Prior industry experience is preferred but not necessary with a stellar track record of successful selling • Social media experience – Experience with social media tools (Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook for business) • Outgoing personality – Must be comfortable and have the ability to communicate with customers/prospects. • Excellent verbal, listening and written communications skills. • Has worked in a team environment and is a team player who is coachable. • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. • Strong willingness to commit to and adhere to program/project deadlines. • Takes criticism as constructive feedback. Maintains positive outlook during adversity and highly competitive situations and responds to objections in a persuasive and productive manner. • Ability to think through problems in a clear and correct manner. • Maintains effectiveness in different situations.
