What You’ll Do • Multistate Claims Management: Handle a diverse caseload of workers’ compensation claims across multiple jurisdictions managing every step from investigation to resolution. Experience in AL, IN, LA, MI, MS, NC, PA, SC is a major plus! • Client Advocacy: Act as the primary liaison for clients, injured workers, medical providers, and attorneys, offering transparent, timely communication and expert guidance. • Autonomy & Independence: You will be responsible for managing your workflow, setting reserves, negotiating settlements, and building professional relationships with minimal oversight. We trust you to take ownership of these tasks and deliver results. • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with our management team to craft strategies that reduce claim costs, optimize processes, and keep clients satisfied. • Compliance & Documentation: Maintain thorough, accurate claim files and stay on top of evolving regulations and best practices in workers’ compensation. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 5+ years of multi-state workers’ compensation claims adjusting, with a solid understanding of various state regulations. • Licensure: Active adjuster licenses in multiple states or willingness to obtain the necessary licenses. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in claims management software and sound organizational and analytical abilities. • Self-Starter: Confident handling your own caseload and making informed decisions with minimal supervision. • Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
