While the majority of work hours will be during these times, we're open to discussing alternative arrangements to accommodate your needs. **Earnings and Revenue** As an independent contractor, your earnings will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers. With competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour, you'll have the opportunity to earn a competitive income while working from home. When you receive your contract, you'll be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker's compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind. **Important Information** We're currently unable to work with contractors residing in Alaska, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington, or Washington DC. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check.
