WFH - Lead Development Rep

About Virtualite  Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services helps entrepreneurs and organizations streamline operations through virtual support and digital process management. We are currently looking for a lead development representative with the ability to work remotely to identify, engage and qualify prospective clients.   In this role:  • Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital outreach  • Qualify leads by understanding business needs, challenges, and decision-making authority  • Educate prospects on Virtualite’s services and value proposition  • Schedule discovery calls and hand off qualified opportunities to sales team members  • Maintain accurate lead activity, notes, and pipeline data in CRM systems  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach goals  • Collaborate with sales and onboarding teams to support conversions  We are looking for:  • Experience in lead development or sales development is a plus but not required  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and follow-up  • Self-motivated, organized, and dependable in a remote environment  • Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow in sales    What we offer:  • Competitive base pay with performance-based incentives  • Fully remote, work-from-home flexibility  • Benefits including medical, dental, 401k, and paid time off  • Clear growth path into closing or account-based sales roles  • Structured training, coaching, and leadership support  • Collaborative, performance-driven sales culture
