Customer Service Representative (Weekend Calls & Appointment Booking)
We are looking for a reliable and professional Customer Service Representative to answer inbound calls and book appointments for our home service company on Saturdays and Sundays. This role is perfect for someone who has excellent communication skills, can handle customers professionally, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Answer inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information about services
Schedule and confirm appointments using our booking system
Follow call scripts and company procedures when needed
Handle missed calls, voicemails, and follow-up communication
Maintain detailed notes and customer records
Provide excellent customer service and create a positive customer experience
Requirements
Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
Comfortable handling high call volumes
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
Experience with CRM or scheduling software is a plus
