Scope of work:
• Design and build a 5–7 page website (Home, Services, About, Service Area, Reviews/Testimonials, Contact, and optionally a Blog/FAQ page)
• Mobile-responsive design, fast load times
• Working contact form that emails submissions directly to me
• Click-to-call phone number functionality
• Clear calls-to-action throughout (e.g. “Get a Free Inspection”)
• On-page SEO basics: title tags, meta descriptions, image alt text, XML sitemap
• SSL certificate setup (https)
• Install and connect Google Analytics and Google Search Console to my Google account
• Space to display Ohio ODA license number, insurance info, and reviews
• Before/after or process photo gallery capability
Requirements:
• Proven experience building small business / local service websites (please share 2–3 relevant portfolio links)
• Experience with WordPress / Square space/Web flow, or recommend one
• Strong understanding of local SEO for service area businesses
• Comfortable explaining technical steps in plain language
Deliverables & ownership (non-negotiable):
• Domain must be registered in my name/business, I will not accept sites where the developer owns the domain
• I will have full admin access to hosting account and CMS
• All source files and a backup must be delivered to me upon completion
• Analytics/Search Console must be set up under my Google account, not the developer’s
